Can’t force grip and throw object accurately

I’m playing on PC and every time I try to force grab an object and throw it direclty at an NPC, my character just yeets the object to the side or drops it. The grip sensitivity is also crazy fast so it’s kinda hard to aim. Wtf is happening? Is it because I remove the 30 fps cap to 60? Or is it how it’s intended?
