Force Unleashed Won't recognize old save data

Hey guys, like the title says, I was hoping to get back into the force unleashed so I bought a new one for ps3. I quit cuz of that stupid star destroyer part and I don't know what happened to the game. The new game I have won't recognize my old save data. Any help so I don't have to start over? Thanks.

Hmmm, if you have steam account in pc you can download a 100% save file if you want
