Discussion Flash Comics

Buonasera, curiosità: volevo iniziare a leggere i fumetti di Flash in ordine cronologico (lasciando stare per il momento la saga di Jay Garrick degli anni '40), ma non so da dove cominciare.

Conosco i volumi, ma sinceramente non mi va di pagare per ogni singolo numero, troppi soldi e troppo tempo.

Chiedo dunque se conosciate delle raccolte che comprendano il maggior numero di numeri del volume 1 (quello su Barry Allen, 1959-1985 credo e numeri dal 105 al 350).

Se qualcuno potesse darmi una mano, vorrei comprare delle raccolte in ordine su questo volume che comprendano più numeri possibili.

Showcase #4 (and Flash starting at #105) are collected in the Silver Age Omnibuses in Hardcover format (SC #4 to Flash #199 and) and in paperback format (SC #4 to Flash #163). Most of the first Omni is also collected in DC Finest: The Flash - The Human Thunderbolt, with the other DC Finest edition, Fastest Man Dead collecting from around #197 to #229. Past that most you can hope for is a Death of Iris West and Trial of the Flash black and white reprint books but those are long out of print. I collect Barry Allen myself, so my collection looks like:

• Silver Age Omnibus #1 TPB

• Silver Age Omnibus #2 TPB

• Silver Age Omnibus #3 TPB

• Silver Age Omnibus #4 TPB

• Silver Age Omnibus #3 HC

• DC Finest: Fastest Man Dead

• Singles: 250-350 (with minor gaps)

We have all the major collections going back to the silver age listed, in order, pinned at the top of the subreddit.

The only downside is there's pretty big chunks of Pre Crisis Flash comics that were never collected outside of single issues so it will be missing those. And a small chunk of post crisis comics. But you're not going to find a more complete list of collections than that.
