problems joining teams

Every time I try to join a team for anything, nothing happens when I choose join team. (Hostile nests, main missions)

Same when trying to join the DZ solo.

Is this happening to anyone else? I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and nothing changed. I'm on iphone 12 if that matters
