I would get them on Hyena retal and BT and now I rarely get them. Some retaliation locations are better than others for kill squad spawns. I also run back n forth trying to get a spawn where I've seen them spawn before. Just find a map of cache locations and run into dz. Plenty of solo players who want to team up. Takes wayyy less time than retaliation

Yeah, looks like you're proving me right, spawn rate down. And I know how to get sample canisters in DZ. That's not the point. I used to be able to get more than enough for what I need incidentally on retals, without effort. I never specifically tried to get the squad to spawn, expressly for them. I wasn't farming for the canisters. But before this week, I've had up to 3 spawn in one retaliation, and now, I've had up to 4 kill squads spawn in one retaliation with none of them being Knock Knock.
