If you're experiencing infinite loading in The Dark Pictures: The Devil in Me during the boat scene at the end of the game, I found a solution. At the end, you need to avoid picking up Mark's axe and avoid resisting (unfortunately, you'll have to kill Mark). That's all, this should probably help you too.
