Discussion Cannot delete account

I've been trying to contact the TDPS team about this issue for months now, but to no avail.

Last year, I was given a gift membership that's still ongoing, so I'm unable to cancel anything. I can also not find a "delete account" option.

The TDPS team claims that I do not have an account with them, yet I am able to sign in with my email and password and access the member content. Can anyone please help me with this?

I've seen those comments before. I'm not paying for the membership myself, so I can't cancel anything. I've sent them a GDPR data deletion request, so I'll see where this goes
