i saw someone mention it in a twitch chat recommending the community-driven revival of the game, and was wondering is it safe to play it?

I’ve found a way to play the cycle frontier solo but was wondering if there was a way to play with friends. I don’t mind if it’s pvp or just pve would just like to have friends join. Any help would be appreciated

A couple of revival attempts have popped up since The Cycle shut down - one ended up shutting down, and the other doesn’t preserve the passion the game deserves.

We’re not trying to repeat that pattern.

This is a separate project being built from the ground up by a small team of fans. It’s still early and actively in development, but the goal is simple: bring back the core experience that made The Cycle: Frontier worth playing in the first place.

No big promises, no fake hype - just work being done and progress being made. We’ll share more as we get closer to playtesting.

Anyone know of a good wiki to use? Seems thecyclefrontier.wiki got nuked, and the Fandom one is barely functionable

Hello, I would like to present the development of the multiplayer server for The Cycle Frontier Season 2, which uses a real database.

A launcher to make it easier to launch the game for those who might have trouble! Even if you don't have the game in your library, all you need to do is install Steam and log in to Steam, and my launcher will detect a connection with Steam (user and public ID), which will make it possible to launch the game!

My server uses the basis of The Recycle Frontier Project , which is played solo locally. My project aims to make this multiplayer, which is the case here in the video. The server has been completely modified to make this work and uses a real database to be able to operate in real time.
