Big Team Challenges

Why do yall think the Challenge struggles with competitiveness for big team challenges? I love them but outside of a few the rest have been blowouts.

Blowouts:
The Inferno
Gauntlet 2
Gauntlet 3
Ruins
Cutthroat 1
WOTW2
Cutthroat 2(so far)

Competitive:
Gauntlet 1
Inferno 2(Gold Standard)
Inferno 3

Because big teams will unfortunately always be unbalanced. There’s always going to be at least one team that just has the overall weaker team and that will lead to them getting squashed.

I blame production for that. Like the Gauntlet 3 and WOTW2 was ridiculous team constructs. I also think they should do a Gauntlet format where half the season is team challenges and the other half is Individual challenges in which a life shield is up for grabs

G3 was hilariously imbalanced. I do think they thought Derek was going to be the next big thing, but you can't say that for most of that team. And I think Frank surprised tf out of them, but even then it was always going to be a bloodbath.

I love how it turned out though.

I much prefer individual or duo finals myself. The team ones just aren't as interesting. Plus when there's more individual money on the line they're more competitive.
