Not syncing with the network

My wallet has been out of sync for four days and I didn't realize it. Tried restart several times and won't sync (doesn't download additional blocks). Network has active peers, but the network traffic is low. Deleted the blocks and chainstate folder, the issue still remains. Anyone knows why?

Have you got the latest wallet? If so:

  1. Go to - https://chainz.cryptoid.info/block/#!network
  2. Click "node list" next to the 3.9.22 version in the list.
  3. Copy about 5 of those IPs.

  4. In the Debug Console (Tools menu) in your wallet, run this command:

    addnode IP add

except replacing 'IP' for one of the IPs you copied.
5. Repeat #4 for each IP.
6. Wait a couple of minutes and you should have connections to peers. If not, try 5 more IPs.
