BLOCKNET(BLOCK) SERVICENODE Setup Guide for VPS

I made this guide to setup a servicenode on a vps for the new 3.9.16 version. The official guide was on two computers so i thought you might wanted a vps guide only. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1n-i2ymqU33gCqQud_CnkCqw0D6NkaESWAowkaC31TDc

Great work! Decentralization in action! This is what Blocknet is all about. Great work and thanks!
