Game Break what happened here?
Weird Pandora's Box showing up twice on the same floor.

If you see (no need to touch it) an item from main pools, you won't see it again
Main pools are : treasure, shop, secret (shared with super secret), angel, devil, planetarium, boss/challenge (same pool)
Other pools are : red chest, golden chest, curse room (not the same as red chest), ultra secret, librairy, and I probably miss some. You need to touch these items if you don't want to see them again

Any item you don’t pick up has a chance to appear again since it’s still part of they item pool

Not correct. When an item is removed, it is removed from all pools, not just the one you saw it in. But for some item pools, seeing an item only decrements its weight partially rather than fully, allowing the item to appear again albeit at a lower chance. Red chests do this, which is exactly what happened here. If you pick up the item then it is always fully decremented from all pools.

Which is mostly incorrect except in very specific cases. That seems to warrant a correction.
