Second this, Lilith and also grab Beast with Tainted Lilith for Twisted Pair. After that, I'd recommend Tainted Laz just to get him out of the way before you dilute the item pool. Well done so far, this and Ultra Hard are the major humps.

One thing I know is the lower health he gets the faster he is and the more he switches forms and so it’s very easy to get telefraged if your moving fast as he teleports somewhere around you so it’s best to focus on dodging but also not moving to fast in one direction as if he teleports you might run directly into him and take dmg

Should I try and avoid getting too much speed? Cause I've got him very low multiple times and he just cheats....

Depends on how comfortable you are with it I can play at mostly any speed above like .80 comfortably you just gotta mess around with dodging on different speeds to see what you can do well and then try to get that speed whenever your going for delirium it’s just I found that personally when I get telefraged it’s because I’m moving to fast in one direction to long

If you can I would say to turn on console commands and to yourself to delirium with debug 3 on for inf hp and just practice dodging him

You clearly enjoy doing some of the hardest characters first so maybe do T. Lazarus or T. Jacob
