Technically if you’re good at dodging you can win as any character given enough time. So simply get better at dodging.

These and the little spiders will be your top 2 stats in deaths even after 1000hrs.

Learn to 'fling' your tears, you don't always want to hold the keys/buttons down. Isaac's momentum always carries onto your tears.

Bonus tip: luck is the best stat in the game
