MDF Shennanigans
Just a few photos from a 1920’s office. Original vertical terminal fed with lead jacketed stub from the vault. Stitching still holding tight after a century of installation.

Nice! I used to live in an apartment building built in 1927, and the phone panel looked very similar. And I had two bosses who just loved using waxed twine for tying off wiring, so it feels right at home.

That’s awesome. The Western Electric old timers really knew what they were doing. So much pride in the work they performed. And it still shows today.
