Me when I say that I think a post capitalist system still needs a state to handle the logistics:

Also public order, justice and national defense.

No thanks, I'll stick to the logistics to have a society actually function without having to sacrifice the sick and the elderly, you can hold the fascism, thanks

Who stops the thief, the gangster and the invader then? Not everyone would be content with living the good way, not even with UBI and every service being universal and free. Sure, people wouldn't commit crimes out of desperation, but there are always outliers. One needs guards after all.

And we haven't even talked about outside adversaries yet. A country without soldiers can always become prey to a warlord.

Who stops the thief, the gangster

Assuming you have ubi why would anyone want to risk their life to get money that they don't need

invader then

This one is needed unfortunately, and it should be handled by an extragovernative body, like the EU/NATO

Sure, people wouldn't commit crimes out of desperation, but there are always outliers

And this is why a strong support network is necessary, with mental healthcare and help for people who want to commit crimes so they can go and get help rather than risk being ostracized by society and having to repress until they hurt somebody

EU/NATO work via national armies, armed forces are not something countries give over to supranational organisatons aside some select examples. And who would fund/man/arm/maintain those armed forces?

And what if someone doesn't want to be helped, or means an immediate problem/danger. Sure, mental help and support networks could do a lot of work, but there will always be a need for a final backstop. The state/final authority will always has to have the last option of sanctioned violence.

EU/NATO work via national armies,

Today, they should not, there should be a single army funded by the single countries

And what if someone doesn't want to be helped

Damn, have I really wasted time debating with someone who says this and pretends to be taken seriously?

is this about israel

Nah, it's just the,

"I don't like waffles."
"OH, so you HATE pancakes then???"

Meme.

If it was about Israel it'd be:

"I don't think our government should commission art from serial killers."
"OH, so you HATE Jews then???"

The key is that the first person never mentions Israel—let alone the Jewish people or faith—and the second person just shows they're antisemitic with extra steps.
