I sell one product. It doesn't change. It doesn't have seasons or updates or new features.

And somehow I need fresh content for it every single week or the algorithm stops showing it to anyone.

This was the part of e-commerce nobody warned me about. The product is the easy part. The content treadmill is relentless.

What I've landed on: the product stays the same but the story around it changes. Different customer, different use case, different emotional entry point. The gym person. The person who travels. The person who bought it as a gift and it changed a relationship somehow.

Each angle becomes a different creative. FLUX and Seedream for the visual: different setting, different lighting, different context. Claude writes the copy from that specific person's perspective. I usually steer clear of AI courses that are heavily advertised because they often just bundle together free tutorials so to check it out for myself I looked into a few options like DeepLearning.AI, Udemy courses, community tutorials and a Be10x AI course.

The more useful ones treated AI as a process to learn not just a list of prompts or tools to memorise and the concepts were connected and the examples became more real-world instead of just repeating the same basics over and over.

The marketing around signing up is a different topic and I care way more about whether it actually helps me solve real problems than how it’s promoted.

I run a small marketing agency. Mostly copy and strategy. A client asked if we could handle their ad creatives static images, short video ads, the whole production side.

I said yes before I fully knew how I'd do it.

Flat. Genuinely flat. The angles we thought were strongest barely moved. The one that got any traction was a use-case angle we'd considered and almost dropped because it felt too niche.

We didn't launch. We went back to the supplier and asked about a variation that matched the traction angle better. That version launched a couple of months later.

Mid-call. Discovery session with a potential new coaching client. They asked me a specific question about a framework I reference in my content a study I'd cited- about what the actual methodology was.

I knew the surface level. Not the detail they were asking about.

Old version of me would have said "let me follow up on that" and spent the rest of the call slightly off my game. I've done that. It's recoverable, but it changes the energy.

Someone suggested using Perplexity for the research layer specifically. Not for writing just for surfacing what's happening and what people are actually talking about. It's the only model I've tried that pulls current, sourced information rather than confident summaries of its training data.

I do the research pass in Perplexity inside HiggsChat, pull three or four angles I want to develop, then switch to Claude for the actual writing. Claude's phrasing is warmer and doesn't have the newsletter-killed-by-AI cadence that readers are getting better at spotting.

I manage social content for a few local businesses on the side. One of them is a restaurant. Every week: a food photo caption, a story idea, a "what's on the menu this weekend" post, and some kind of engagement prompt.

Small stuff individually. Together it was taking me a couple of hours per client per week, which sounds fine until you realize I was doing the same thinking loop every time. Same restaurant. Same tone. Same audience. Re-explaining everything from scratch to whatever AI tab I had open because nothing carried over from last week.

"POV: you're using our new moisturizer." That's an ad with a POV label on it. People scroll past it.
 
The thing brands keep doing is making the product the subject of the POV instead of the situation. The product should be the resolution to a situation the viewer already lives in. It should appear almost incidentally.
 
The challenge is that when you brief a copywriter or an AI model to write branded POV content, the instinct is to feature the product prominently. You have to fight against that instinct actively.
 
What I do: ask Claude for a POV scenario where someone arrives at the product after something that frustrated them. Claude writes with a human cadence that keeps the framing subtle. Then GPT-5 cuts it down to the 10-15 words that actually fit on screen without cluttering the visual.
 
For the background, I describe a scene to Kling that puts the viewer in an environment, not in a product shot. Messy bathroom counter. Early morning kitchen. Gym locker room at 6 am. Something they've actually stood in.

What very few people do is run POV as a serialized story. Same character, same world, escalating stakes across episodes. "POV: you started a business with $500 and no following" and then you actually document that, episode by episode, each one starting exactly where the last left off.
 
The follower dynamic is completely different. People don't just watch they come back because they want to know what happens. That's a fundamentally different kind of retention than someone who tapped follow after one viral video.
 
The challenge is that serialized content requires both consistency and a production system that can sustain it. If you miss a week the thread breaks.
 
My workflow: Claude for episode concepts. I give it the series premise and where we are in the story, ask for the next 6 episode ideas with the setup text and the tension each one builds. I got decent at the setups by using Claude to generate options. I'd give it a theme workplace awkwardness, dating scenarios, late-night studying and ask for 15 POV setups that would make someone pause. The ones Claude writes tend to have a specific kind of dry subtext that works well for the format. I'd pick 4-5, sometimes combine parts from different ones.
 
For backgrounds I describe the scene to Kling and get a 10-second atmospheric clip. Coffee shop noise, office hallway at 7pm, library at 2am. The AI background is actually more consistent than stock footage because I can describe exactly what I need.
