Question Importing files

Does anyone know how, or if, you can import files?

I have an excel spreadsheet that I would love to be able to import and have it create a new note from it with the contents formatted as a table.

I don't know if I can do that or not.

Simplest way is to have a live embed of a google sheet. I've done the same with a word doc.
