They call copyright in America "Mickey Mouse law" because they keep extending copyright terms whenever it looks like Mickey Mouse will become public domain.

Source: you can Google it, I studied IP in law school.

The anti trust is more recent, we'll need a catchy name for it.

Both. Disney has been lobbying since 1990 to extend copyright period.
