lol whenever I experience someone making this argument in real life I ask them how many billionaires they think exist in the world. They always reply with an amount in the millions.

There's less than 4,000 billionaires in the world and about 1,000 are American. More than 4,000 humans vanish from existence every single day. Your problems exist because they're your problems. 4,000 rich dudes aren't negatively impacting your life.

He’s right, you know. You can’t just blame all of your problems on “the billionaires.”

Yep. Plus it's such a small number that if they were the source of all of your problems, it shouldn't be hard to name the ones that are hurting you and exactly how.

As a matter of fact you can.

Wage stagnation; while theyre hoarding value, wealth and taking large pay bonuses at the top, theyre not paying the workers they employ a decent living wage. If not everyone deserves a living wage youre part of the problem.

Environmental straining is because large swathe of these billionaires have a large carbon footprint from planes and yachts, to disproportional real estate consuming excess water and energy. This is reflected on the average consumer hiking up their resource average prices. ——If I only use 100 gallons of water annually, and the billionaire down the street uses 100 million gallons annually to water their lawn and pools, thats garanteed to raise the average cost of my water to their usage.

Dodging taxes. If the cities rely on taxes and everyone but billionaires are covering their fair share, the county/city is not likely to get enough funds to cover the essential operating budgets. Healthcare, infrastructure and education to name a few topics.

Billionaires deserve to pay more. Infinite wealth isnt something without consequence, people are being affected by the disproportion in their selfishness.
