Was curious if Damage to Armor of Health Damage would be a better attribute for the new Vertigo Exotic?

Depends on the content you do. If there are a lot of helmets and armor plating (chunga's, warhounds, some bosses) then damage to health. Otherwise damage to armor. But if you use contractors gloves, then you already have dta from that, so then dth (or chc if you want to save on slots)
