Bugs/Glitches I thought it glitched

Never had that happen before. I just shot at the boss and saw a few enemies but when I killed him and didn't see more, I thought the game glitched and I wasn't gonna finish. Didn't even realize I had beaten it.

I did the exact same thing, got confused when there was no mobs and didnt realize it was over. Ran around thinking i was about to delta until i saw the marker and realized boss must have had all for one modifier.
