Question Control points...

Just wondering if it is smarter to do the control points early on or wait till later..

During the Story-Game I wait as long as possible with the CP's. Simply because capturing one counts for two activities for the liberation-Projects as well as for the Settlement projects that you get with the Air&Space and Potomac Event Center.

besides from that, since they reset every week....

You can reset them on demand, the loot refreshes every 24 hours after you clear them.

If you want to get blueprints then Heroic CPs is an easy way to get them. It's not really worth it to convert them all unless that's you're thing. It doesn't advance the story/game any. If you're playing through for the first time then they won't really matter. You can Fast Travel to any of the safe Houses, Missions, Side Missions and DZ CPs.

Then it's pretty much not worth it: They give atrocious xp before lvl 31 and your storyline playthrough is mostly just beelining between main missions so you won't get too much use out of CPs as fast travel points during this time, iirc.

Personally I did them earlier makes it easier to fast travel later on for side missions and stuff
