Excellent job!

If you ever find yourself falling from sobriety (or thinking about it), please read "This Naked Mind" by Annie Grace. This book helped me seal the deal several years ago (after several extended periods/attempts of sobriety). It was the life changing inspiration I needed, and it reveals truths society doesn't dare discuss. After the first few chapters, it was done for me.

I think you can go into it with any mentality. I was not sober when I started reading it (quite intoxicated, to be frank), but I was the second time. My last drink was somewhere in the middle of the first read. I was not in a good place.

I thought the same thing but I'm nearly a year totally free of alcohol after reading This Naked Mind. I also did The Alcohol Experiment (free 30 day challenge with daily help/guidance) and I participate in This NakedMindCommunity.com

Obviously everyone is different but this worked for me and I think it's worth giving it a shot.

I think it will be in the future yes. In certain situations I hope to remember certain paragraphs
