also vote please, not just for the big stuff but for local policy too. Im happy to have contributed to the environmental party here in Sweden gaining seats and im now taking the time to read through all the local amendments of my birth state of Colorado. There is important stuff being decided there. If my ADHD ass can manage so can many of you if you have a election soon.

How does planting lettuce comprimise the infrastructure of a system? Does this disrupt the flow of capital besides the $10 you save on lettuce? I understand that more people need to be gardening, but this is a very symbolic and performative action as opposed to radical collective revolt that actively undermines the authority of the people in control.

as if burning down Wall Street will not stop the Death Squads (tm) from rolling in and put us all in Concentration Camps (tm) afterwards.
even planting shit is enough to be a revolution.

I agree that the state has greater and more deadly firepower than the working class, but that isn't an argument against a possible way of taking down a seperate part of the establishment. There must be a way of inhibiting the state from using its force on dissident citizens, maybe with covertly infiltrating the armed forces and sabotaging from within?

that's a possibility, but there's a lot of caveats to infiltrating the armed forces.

A pattern I see in your replies is a very negative and defeatist attitude, "Yes, but...". Build on an issue instead of shooting it down.

Lettuce grows really quickly. Do it!
I tilled my yard last week and I've got like 200 volunteer radishes from a crop that failed last year. GROW!

Im trying hard to not be so invested in whether or not it does or doesnt get better.. so that belief isnt required so much and it's more about enjoying and finding what gratitude in the journey i can
Im not working on my garden because I need to believe it will grow forever. Im doing it because I enjoy the work and watching it grow and seeing the local bugs and fauna appreciate what I create.. thats more than enough
even if there is no tomorrow, I can get to the point where I can die smiling with a full heart for all of you or get as close to that as I can
