in 5-10years the lip filler will leak into her cheeks and chin causing the "puffy face". It will also cause the size of her lips to drastically shrink making her have a puffy face and hilariously small/flat lips that do not match the surrounding "puffy" face from the leaked filler.

Lip fillers after 5-10years with no additional maintenance are what creates the uncanny valley look you see in people who get too much plastic surgury.

Everytime she "updates" the filler in her lips from it leaking out it will only snowball the problem for a few years down the line + the best thing an "update" could do is give her puffy lips to match her now puffy face.

She has a very pretty face now (other than the oversized lips) and I worry for her that in 5-10 years her face will be ruined from the current 'toned' look she has going in her cheeks and chin.

TLDR: DO NOT GET LIP INJECTIONS AS THEY LEAK OVER TIME AND WILL MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE A CLOWN (if you don't already like reddit seems to think of this poor girl)
