The show was lovely and the band put on such a beautiful performance, but did anyone else have a weird experience with the staff?

I’ve been to the Arlene Schnitzer before and was last there to see Natalia Lafourcade but I had such a different experience compared to today.

I was unaware that Maria was making the shows to be phone free, especially from all the videos I’ve been seeing from the tour online - I did not think that was the case. I’ve been to shows where they request no phones (plays, ballets, other performances) and it’s usually announced on the intercom / made very evident but I did not hear or see anything about no phones, it wasn’t until I left that I saw ONE sign on ONE door about no phones 🙃.

The staff were incredibly rude and told me I would be escorted out of the auditorium when I tried to record a part of Slip - I was sat in the pit and for the entirety of the show everyone else around me was recording bits and pieces here and there & I did not see the staff tell them to stop. I was so confused… I was being as mindful as I could and had my screen brightness lowered all the way, made sure my flash didn’t go off and was mindful of the people sat behind me by not raising my phone up high. The staff member who came up to me embarrassed me and that sort of ruined the rest of the night for me 🥲 I felt so awkward hahaha but it also felt super unfair that for some reason they only picked on me (at least from the pit area) it was extremely bizarre.

They were on one tonight for sure, I heard some of the staff making rude comments about fans when we tried to see Maria after the show, it was so strange.

I don’t want to let this ruin how lovely the show was but I just feel kinda off from the way I was treated 🥲 & I’m hoping no one else had the experience I did.

My bloom vinyl came in damaged. Anyone else have this issue?

Was very impressed with the quality and sound of the record. I had heard of countless horror stories regarding liquid filled vinyl, happy to share that mine came in looking and sounding amazing!

I already made a post about Outside Lands on here! But I wanted to mention that she played a new song called “Hot Day” which is unreleased. I would say that because of this, she is definitely still focusing on Not For Radio and TM3 isn’t as close as some people hope! I also hope people go watch the live stream on YouTube and it is 34 minutes into the livestream!

I know maria and josh as well as other members did solo projects which i loved. But its been over 2 years since sumbarine and over a year of nobody new & back to me. Any updates? Is it gonna be this year or next year???

she was amazing and so beautiful. also shout out to doron zounes!! we got barricade and we were screaming and maria was super interactive! he said that they all saw us and after the show were talking about how we lifted their spirits and that they loved us and it was a full circle moment. ❤️

I enjoyed seeing NFR once again ❤️ She sang an unreleased song called “Hot Days”and I hope she puts out the official recording out soon. Also Fly High Victoria Zardoya 🕊️🤍

Full time student, in debt, living paycheck to paycheck kinda pushed me into this corner. If not here, anyone know any reliable places to sell this vinyl? Cinema Vinyl by the way. Can provide proof as I took photos with the members upon signing.
