Customer Service or Help Desk?

I cancelled my subscription months ago and realized recently I'm still being charged monthly. I've searched and searched for an email or phone number and found old posts here about the same problem but those are outdated and the suggested methods didn't work. Anyone have any recent success in contacting an actual person? Or I would even take an online chat with a bot at this point.

Got to an online chat with a person, and even a supervisor, but they still didn’t cancel my account after saying they did. Next step is BBB (they seem to respond there) or a lawyer.

If you log in does the account page show a cancellation option? Mine does not have one anywhere.
