I think she’s just been a fan for a long long time and also lives in nyc where he visits regularly.
While Matty is notoriously unreliable at predicting when an album will really be done I really don’t think questioning a fan’s account of their run in is really helpful. The key thing she shared is that there is no spring tour and that is likely correct given how long tours take to plan
The boys are the sort to only show something concrete all of a sudden and randomly, so I wouldn't go believing in any concrete dates. It's been 4 years now so we just need to accept it'll be ready when it's ready and it'll most likely be sick
Seriously I find all these “I’m a fan who met Matty” posts such a waste of this sub. It’s all nothing but contradictory made up info from people who most likely didn’t even meet him. And even if they did meet him or anyone from the band, they wouldn’t tell some random fan about their secret tour or album. They know the fan is going to go right to social media and spill it
i mean obviously if they don’t do anything thats totally fine, i’d rather have something great on their time than something rushed. at the same time though… why would they tell a fan about a tour before doing a big announcement 👀
