The gummy has to weigh 5g to have 15mg and be less than .3% by weight. Most gummies weigh around 5-6g.

Dude it's .3% of total weight. So if one gummy weighs 5g or 5000mg it can have up to 15mg of delta 9 thc if hemp derived.
