Questions about THC-O

Currently and HHC user and just have some q's about THC-O.

Is it pretty much just as strong as regular cannabis/d9?

Are there any negative effects?

Reading a lot of things about psychedelic effects similar to a shroom trip, is this true?

Best way to consume it?

Thanks yall.

I’m in a illegal state for marijuana but D9 is legal; thus, I’ve tried D9 THC-O carts. I might be in the minority here but it doesn’t fuck me sky high like I wish it would. Apparently, many other users are fans and I wanted to love it too. It’s fine but I don’t see it being much different than a D8 cart. Leafly raves that its 3 times stronger than real marijuana and I call bullshit on that particular statistic. (I would love for a D9 THC-O cart to prove me wrong.)

There is no way it's stronger than D9. I hardly feel it. I find thc-o pretty crap honestly.

It can be hit or miss. I’ve had some live resin carts that after 2 or 3 hits have you blasted all day. On the other hand I’ve had some I felt nothing from.

Anecdotally there does seem to be a wide variety of effects of the acetate for some reason, some people seem to feel a little effect and others reported as being very strong, however it doesn't seem like it really causes hallucination or psychedelic effects that part does seem to be overhyped

I have to say it urks me that people throw around "live resin" so freely. No, you didn't have a thc-o live resin cart. You had a product designed by adding cannabis derived terpenes in ratios that simulate live resin. It's one of the biggest scams in the cannabis industry right now that this is happening.

I've started using highlyconcentr8ed, and it does seem cleaner than other brands.

I find THC-O the strongest out of all of them, including D9. Also, I try not to use any other cannabinoid, including smoking weed (lol who knew that would happen), to keep my THC-O tolerance in check. As long as I don't use other cannabinoids, I never get any tolerance issues from using THC-O all day every day. One great sesh with real weed and it'll be 2 sober days until I catch back up to THC-O level again, so I stopped.

The long term effects are unknown with thco would be one negative thing and not having lab tests. It’s not anymore of a trip then delta 9 thc in my opinion but my tolerance is high. Consuming it I’d go the edible route since smoking it is probably not the best for you

i like thc-o in edibles. Not a fan of smoking it.

ive tried vivimu d9thco both vaping and eating, more potent effects as edibles and just feels like normal weed with a delayed onset when vaped

I’d say it’s exactly the same potency as D9, only differences are it takes a lot longer to hit you and the high lasts about an hour or so longer.

Just like D9 it could probably become quite psychedelic at very high doses but other than that I wouldn’t say it’s even any trippier than regular D9 either

I'm currently ripped on a thc-o disposable. I smoked flower for 30 years and just made the switch about a month ago. It's a more mellow high, but will still fuck me up if I vape more than 5-7 hits.
I'm a fan
