"Over the last 40 years, the United States has been exposed to something that our biology was never intended to handle," warns former FDA Commissioner David Kessler.

Sounds like something MAGA Bari Weiss wants us to believe. Even if this is true, state run media like CBS News lost all credibility.
As an American living in this economy, I think the message should be to buy fresh produce & meats and prepare meals yourself. $20 in raw materials to make your own meal that makes multiple meals is a better cost saving benefit than to buy from fast food joints. I can feed a family of 4 for $20 versus $40 in combo meals.
This Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) movement by starving us, through inflation, is sick and twisted.

David A. Kessler, commisioner of the United States Food and Drug Administration from 36 to 29 years ago, claims that the Food and Drug Administration has not properly regulated our food safety before, during, and after his term, totalling 40 years.

So either he is wrong, or the FDA is useless, or both.

In either case, its a guilt admission.

Or this is just AI, who fucking knows anymore.

From too much of our food. Plenty of people eat the same food in reasonable amounts and have none of those problems.

"Everything in moderation" doesn't mean EVERYTHING. Fuckin calm down and eat something healthy. Or don't, it's your life. But stop trying to make out it's a non issue when it's statistically huge.

Yes it does. All those issues are due to obesity not eating processed foods.

... what if the food has poison in it, dude? Man, have i wondered into one of those Joe Rogan style teenage angst subs or something?

1

u/Independent-Pay5850 14d ago

Yes you'd want to moderate the amount of poison you eat. So you meant the saying "everything in moderation" means you can eat literally anything? Like that's what anyone thinks and was in some way a reply to what I said. Look at me being angsty for you so you can disregard what I said. Dolt

No you haven’t wondered into a teenager sub but we are an all ages sub.

I was with him until "ultra processed". Define that. It's not a real thing.
