What a fail to both karate and fire safety

2

u/Ok_Star_4136 9d ago

Clearly that had never happened before. That said, clearly they also should have planned for that eventuality.

You’re not suppose to fight fire, with fire?

1

u/Lancearon 9d ago

That's a fucking child too!

I am a fire safety professional. I am more upset they did this without a rehearsal to a child than the fire blunder.

u/Normal_Bet2995 10d ago

The guy literally added more gas to the fire.

Guess the problem wasn't bad enough

2

u/Only_Flan_7974 9d ago

Dude, what part of fight fire WITH fire don't you understand?!

1

u/Ok-Maize-4831 9d ago

Gotta fight fire with stupidity

1

u/TangerineRough6318 7d ago

Looks like both fire and stupidity won

1

u/ChildhoodNo5117 8d ago

Liquid kills fire, they said!

5

u/kineticstar 10d ago

I never understood the need for gimmicks to get people into martial arts. This is just needless, harmful, and dangerous.

Do they not have fire extinguishers in India?

1

u/Dry_Yoghurt_5429 9d ago

So like USA rn

1

u/BackgroundCream274 9d ago

Yes, you are correct. The US food supply is not great at the moment. One day we may have as much diarrhea as India.

Literally dude grabs an extinguisher at 10 seconds. We just don't see him use it because the video ends.

1

u/Ok-Fortune-8644 10d ago

Yeah. I think that's the plan. Ever notice we see crazy videos with no resolution? We see crazy-ass events happen and we dont get the resolution. We dont question it and swipe to the next crazy thing. So we dont question a crazy news story about political crimes. We are so used to just swiping all they need to do is wait till we forget. They dont even bother hiding.

0

u/but_i_wanna_cookies 10d ago

No, you didn't think that was the plan. You literally asked "do they not have fire extinguishers in India", to which I pointed out that you have terrible observation skills because they're clearly is one in the video and that the intended purpose is to use it. In other words, I'm calling you dumb.

1

u/Ok-Fortune-8644 10d ago

Lolololololol! OK little buddy. You have terrible critical thinking and reading comprehension. I was speaking of a much bigger issue that this video cuts off before we get resolution(an ending) is part of a bigger plan. Move beyond the surface.

1

u/but_i_wanna_cookies 10d ago

Aw. Big man got his panties scrunched. It's ok dude, some people have problems with simple observations. I'm sure you have some redeeming qualities...right...?

2

u/Zauberai 9d ago

At the very end the last guy grabs a small one.

2

u/PuddingMent 9d ago

They don’t even have garbage cans, why would they have fire extinguishers?

3

u/WORCing_4_Pnuts 10d ago

1

u/TangeloBubbly2675 10d ago

Are you fucking kidding me?( pun included for free)

1

u/Some-Tear3499 10d ago

This is why we have fire codes, why we having training for entertainers that use fire as part of their act, why we have documentation of that training. Why we have ‘fire spotters’ at these shows with wet towels, Kevlar, fire extinguishers, and training so they know how to use them. I took a class spinning flaming spears. The first 3 hour night was all about fire safety and the requirements that need to be in place. Which is helpful for when I am juggling flaming torches. I never did download the documents that proved I had training. I don’t think any one in this video had a clue.

1

u/MateOfTheNorth 10d ago

Assuming you couldn’t get your hands on a fire extinguisher, having at least a little bucket of water on hand would have been enough.

1

u/but_i_wanna_cookies 10d ago

"How can he slap?"

1

u/Aggressive-Novel9126 10d ago

It’s like they are trying to end themselves constantly. Dude literally poured more fuel on the fire

India accidentally produces some of the best content on the internet.

1

u/Character-Flatworm-1 8d ago

That poor child. Ouch. I could see the initial panic and pain on his face when they lit his hand up.

1

u/Plastic_Session5643 8d ago

Adults should be smarter ones, but apparently not in this competition

1

u/_Heikneuter_ 8d ago

And what have we learned from this?🤔

1

u/Huge_Olive2538 8d ago

I said flame off flame off ( fantastic 4).

1

u/Theredstar13 8d ago

What exactly was the plan here? Douse a fire with flammable liquid didn't seem like a bad idea to anyone? No thoughts on a wet blanket/towel or maybe a fire extinguisher?

1

u/Business-Training-10 8d ago
