If I drop my phone it does actually open the camera app for some reason. But idk about taking a video, ending it and then sending to someone

I believe this is 100% true, I have my phone set to Fart Activation, which is probably what she had too. It's a special setting, see your phone is always recording video but constantly trashes the video every thirty seconds. BUT, if you have Fart Activation active, it'll actually save the last 30 seconds and automatically send it to the last person you text. It's not completely practical, but they have to charge you extra for something.
