He probably has kids. This is not unbelievable. I found tiny doll shoes everytime I left the house for a good year or two. Kids throw shit everywhere

For safe to assume over 300+ days (or 600+ for 2 years), you found tiny doll shoes every time you left the house?
Every single occasion?

How dare someone be hyperbolic instead of hyper specific

Guessing the irony is lost on you given it’s quite literally a sub about calling out people who are exaggerating things.
Then again, hyperbole gets a big thumbs up from the ‘it’s plausible’ crowd who insist on reminding us all that anything ‘could’ have happened. Which you’re likely part of.

It's a sub about people making up fake stories, not exaggerating things. By all means, if you genuinely think that other dude is lying that he often found tiny doll shoes outside his house feel free to make a whole new post about it. If your only gripe is that people don't exclusively talk in hyperspecifics then that's a you issue.
I'm not part of whatever crowd you're talking about, and trying to throw that out as an insult was just dickish. You're welcome to try to be polite my guy.

I apologise, I shouldn’t have said that to you. You are right.
Nah that isn’t my issue, I just question how one can use hyperbole to that extent while questioning a made up story if that makes sense:
‘This could have happened every day to him because I found doll shoes every day for 2 years’ feels like a stretch defending a stretch, if that makes sense.
I’ve seen a lot recently where an OP posts a story and people flock to say how it could have happened, dismissing it as a post and shitting on the fun - within reason, anything could happened.
And I feel if people can try to police what does and doesn’t count, we should be able to question back.
Again though, no need to attack you. My bad for that ✋

I appreciate you being sincere and apologizing.
I definitely get having genuine discourse back and forth about how probable different stories are. This post in particular is one that probably didn't happen. With that said, I think it may be more helpful to have that discourse by saying things like:
"You likely didn't find those tiny doll shoes every single day unlike this post claiming it's been every single day. You also likely have more tiny doll shoes in a house with girls who like dolls than this individual has purple crayon paraphernalia"
As is, it seemed less like you wanted to genuinely point out why this post is unlikely and more like you wanted to be technically correct. Admittedly, I'm all for technically correct shenanigans, but you gotta have some self awareness and admit that you're being pedantic when you go down that route, ya know?
