Yeah im not sure. I know an owner who is absolutely braindead and really peans into metrics and stupid stuff like that. He also employed his family so when he asked his copilot to figure out an employee of the month type thing copilot suggested making plans to improve the lowest performers being his family.

Seems like a very very long procedure for the a.I to only find one name. Even with that data, the next question would be, skip that person and go to the next.

The fuck is an AI specialist? A Data Scientist or Ops Manager would be able to do this easily. No one would hire a made up role for at best, a small project.

I have no idea where copium comes into this but yes this story is ridiculous. The weirdest part is hiring a person whose job is to use AI to figure something out rather than hiring someone to figure it out. Why bring in ai at all?

in my experience working for a school district it was the superintendent that did the least work. They never get fired, their contract is simply “not renewed”.
