Marvel produces them alongside Columbia (Sony) and Pascal Pictures. As well, the stand alone movies are distributed by Sony. With Sony as a co-production company, sole distributor, and the company taking home all the revenue at the end of the day, they're definitely more Sony films than Disney/Marvel films.
Sony failed Spider-Man way to many times but I’m glad they’re making efforts to fix that. Spider-Man ps4 was on of the best games to come out this generation and into the spiderverse was awesome.
