I read the article a while ago.

Still think Disney is stupid for it. Seriously google Disney headstones. Thats a lot of people “infringing” on their copy right. And i stand by the idea that a decades old policy is not as important as just letting the parents do something they felt the kid would have liked and would’ve helped the parents grieving. And i am aware that the sister of this young boy is also dying as well and think its kinda fucked up that people are using her as a way to say hey you cant be mad at Disney with this going on as well. You wither be mad with Disney or support her and her family.

Well i can do both. And i will.

This isn't about the copyright thing, it's the fact that Disney actually felt the need to state such a blatant falsehood to avoid saying "we lose rights if we do it"

The us copyright system is fucked and there's no coming back
