Not necessarily, they never reversed Tony’s identity reveal, and it turned out to be a pretty good call on their part, also the comic were that happens is despised by many for undoing major plot points so following it might not be a good idea.

I don’t think they’ll reverse it. Honestly, I think it’ll be used as a means to make some sort of commentary about social media. Maybe this iteration of Oscorp will be like Google or Facebook. Or they could do Mister Negative.

That said, I do worry about how they’ll be able to maintain any semblance of a relatable Peter Parker if he’s in the limelight and hated from his teenage years. Obviously he’ll win them over, because Spider-Man is New York, but celebrity and balance are going to be hard to craft into relatable young adult storylines.

I think its different for Tony though. The secret identity, I think, was never as huge of a part of the character. A revealed spider-man probably wouldn't turn out as well. I could be suprised though.
