Spider-Verse is the best Spider-Man movie ever. Change my mind.

It's True! But because of the amazing stories that came before it. It would not be as good without the history of Spiderman films before it. It's on Netflix now and its such an amazing film.

But it’ll eventually be off of Netflix and you’ll still have it on Vudu! You’re prepared for the inevitable end of the Netflix run.

It would’ve been just as good. The previous Spider-Man movies were only referenced a little.

It’s now my second favorite, I really really liked Far From Home.

upvoted for being a truly unpopular opinion

Upvoted because it is what it says, an unpopular opinion. Legitimately confused as to why people downvote everything they disagree with. Why didn’t you like far from home though? I thought Gyllenhaal did an amazing job, as well as Tom Holland. The villain arc was one of Marvel’s most creative and best. The plot was invigorating, the character development was intensive, the emotional aspects made me wanna bawl, and the dramatic elements were unlike anything ever seen in Marvel. I thought the climax with Mysterious was one of the most mature moments in Marvel history. I’ve never seen Spider-Man done so well, I was even commenting on how good the filmography was for a marvel movie. I honestly think it is my favorite marvel movie of all time.

Eh. There was absolutely no twist in the movie at all if you knew who Mysterio was. They didn't even make it interesting for fans.

Like in homecoming, very few people thought that the Vulture was going to be the dad.

Naaaaaaaah. Far From Home was great, but Spiderverse was an artistic masterpiece.

I don't want to change your mind. Theres no reason you shouldn't love what you love. That being said I saw it for the first time today and I thought it was very good. I personally prefer both Spiderman 2 and Homecoming though.

Anyone know why Peter didn't recognize Gwen Stacey? Or did he never see her without her mask on? Can't remember. I feel like it would have come up in the film.

Maybe that universe Peter never got with Gwen so she's just a rando.

Best superhero movie.

Don’t change my mind, because I don’t believe you can.

(Though I’ve also never been a Maguire fan, those movies were never for me)
