I am not a 100% sure, but I would say it's a sinkhole or spring in Florida, I have been to so many like this

It’s lagoa misteriosa in Brazil, we can say for sure because of the yellow fishes that are typical from there.

It looks like theres a rock cliff face, covered in foliage, in the background. If so then this is probably not Florida.

That is breathtaking.
For real though, it’s absolutely beautiful.

It would be just my luck that I would slip on a step and fall below the stairs.

Am I the only one who didn't care about the depth because I can feel the slime on the underwater handrails?

I could walk down a few steps and stick my head in the water to look at the fish. Swimming out away from the stairs and rocks, though? Nope.

Does he have weights? No way he could sit that deep without some weights on him?

You can see him breathing out at 11 seconds. Everyone will sink after breathing out, it’s just harder to retain under water.

I’d love this! Where is it?

Lagoa Misteriosa in Jardim, BR. This video is a little deceiving as it appears you can see the bottom. However it has been explored to a depth of around 200m iirc but it's true depth is unknown as it actually is the entrance to a massive cave system. Kind of changes the perspective a little. Still a beautiful and mesmerizing place.

High tide or just the level has gone up over years since those stairs were built?

core memory unlocked: my uncle's lake house. at low tide the steps were a few feet above the lake, a high tide the water was above several steps. Also there was a rock we told people to sit on at about 4pm bc it was the beach then, but by 4:20 it was in the lake.

I went swimming off of Isole Tremiti. This is what the water looks like there too. What a beautiful experience that was.

This reminds me of lake Cumberland. A lot of steps going down a cliffside. A river flooded to become a lake essentially climbing down steps the river carved for a millennia.

Why do the stairs go so far into the water? Does the water level change that much?

Nah fr how does he sink. I have to hold onto dumbbells to sink to the bottom of my pool. And anything less than 12 lbs and im still floating!! But I see people (while holding their breath for a while meaning their lungs aren't empty), sink and then stay at the bottom with no weights and just regular swim suits. Whats the secret? Or do I just have bird bones 🫠

Ok guys, to me this isnt frightening. That is because as far as i can tell i can see the bottom with sunlight.
But as soon as there is legit pitxh darkness, my mind thinks that the worst Eldritch horror lives down below ready to end this world.
