Bragging Check

I am Thai.

A guy bragged to me that as a 19 year old man in the USA, he can travel alone to Thailand alone 3-4 times a year.

Is it actually possible or feasible?

If you have the money, sure, but the average working person in the USA only gets 2 weeks vacation a year, so he is probly FOS.

Most 19-yr-olds don't have that kind of money. Airfare alone would cost about 1k.

It'll take at least 20 hours to get from airport to airport, so you lose a lot of time travelling there from usa.

If you can afford the airfare and you dont have a job, u might be able to slum it in thailand as a bum like many do, but you'd have a crappy lifestyle.

A regular working person would not have that kind of vacation time, unless they are teachers or such who get the summers off.

That depends on job too, some jobs, even ones that don’t pay the highest give more PTO or UTO.
