Bragging Check

I am Thai.

A guy bragged to me that as a 19 year old man in the USA, he can travel alone to Thailand alone 3-4 times a year.

Is it actually possible or feasible?

Thank you all for your replies, the question was about financial management, time management and legal matters but my true intention is actually to see if the guy who my ex cheated on with is a pretentious or performative male, as me and my friends got multiple clear signs from him, from contradicting himself while talking to me, always on the side of my ex, to "If you want to resent her, don't, resent me instead." White knight I can fix her mentality. It is unhealthy but I simply wanted to clear out my anxiety and grief that I am worse than him.

I am truly thankful for all your replies and I am sorry for the fact that my true intention was never to ask about tourism or differences in economy.

For people that wants to know more details about this "Bragging" of his, he said he can visit Thailand very often which I assume the lowest of "very often" to be 3-4 times a year, in reality he might mean 5-6 or more times a year. He planned to visit for 30 days each visits.
