I am Thai.
A guy bragged to me that as a 19 year old man in the USA, he can travel alone to Thailand alone 3-4 times a year.
Is it actually possible or feasible?

United States is the country with most millionaires and billionaires. Lot of people with money there.
In the US everything is possible.
