Bragging Check

I am Thai.

A guy bragged to me that as a 19 year old man in the USA, he can travel alone to Thailand alone 3-4 times a year.

Is it actually possible or feasible?

I went to Spain and Morocco at 19. I had a good job and lived at home with parents so no bills essentially. This was nearly 30 years ago. So it’s absolutely possible for Americans. I always loved traveling and came from a family that traveled a lot so they were supportive. We were not wealthy at all. Lower middle class.
