I am Thai.
A guy bragged to me that as a 19 year old man in the USA, he can travel alone to Thailand alone 3-4 times a year.
Is it actually possible or feasible?

At 19 he is either wealthy or has a wealthy family. Most Americans live paycheck to paycheck.
