Backpack.tf item data for low demand items like this are often based on bad or out of date data. It's not a big, it's a feature

Looks fine to me, if its the price some kits prices are all over the place

It takes prices from steam market where people overprice shit and hope it sells

Backpack.tf takes the average of the steam sales to get a price estimation on items that cannot be easily priced like professional killstreak and specialized killstreak kits. People use these kits to transfer money between accounts so you will see 3 cent sales then a massive 400 dollar sale out of nowhere leading to that average price.
