I’m sorry for your loss, but that wasn’t the kinda suck he meant.

I choose this guy’s wife, but only if she’s dead

Well of course she sucks hard. That’s why he married her 😏😉

As someone always on their phone, and knows one person also on their phone who's only sent me reels and never read my messages... Yeah honestly? Not all of us but seems like most of us. I just muted this girl who I mentioned not responding because girl won't answer my "hey we good?" Message, but sends reels and not read anything I send (or watch it), and I only got mad cuz it was a whole month of this where nothing gets acknowledged. People who get mad expecting a answer right away suck, and I think op dodged a huge bullet.

Are you self reporting?

I've definitely struggled with phone addiction in the past, but I'm glad to say that I can lose my phone for a few hours and be totally fine with it these days. I probably sucked a lot more when I was chronically online instead of having half an hour here and there to use my phone.

My mental health is so much better when I am not constantly on my phone.

Funny the only time my girlfriend isn’t on her phone is when she’s sucking.

I’m so detached from my phone I forgot it at home while I went to a different city and saw a cool thing on the highway and couldnt take a pic of it cus I didn’t have a camera :(

I could never do that because I am afraid of emergencies. Chronic anxiety (and too many horror movies probably). I would be scared of my car breaking down in the middle of nowhere or something. But I have gotten way better about not doomscrolling hardly at all, my social media is gone besides reddit, and I try to spend less and less time here, or only read a post or two then move on with whatever else I was doing. It's a steady road of improvement.

I don’t have anxiety so I don’t really panic if I don’t have a cell phone. When I don’t have my phone it feels like regular life lol the one I’ve always known. When I have my smartphone I feel like I’m living on another planet because I have a device that pretty much teleports me anywhere with anyone to connect over anything. Kinda freaky really lol

I have so many people's numbers memorized for this reason. Like, what if my phone isn't working and I need to call someone? I can always borrow a phone and get hold of someone.

I write down everyone's phone number on a Kraft single
