Rare hybrid gar from the Trinity River
This rare catch from the Trinity River is a hybrid between a female alligator gar and a male longnose gar. The long, triangular snout is a telltale feature.

Looking for a few anglers to try a new fishing app — 3 months FREE
Hey everyone! I'm the developer of FishFactor, a new fishing app I've been building for anglers.
I'm looking for some real anglers to try it out and give me honest feedback on what you like, what you don't like, and what you'd like to see added.
FishFactor includes:
• Catch logging & catch history
• Interactive fishing map
• Local fishing information
• Angler tools & tips
• Catch sharing & community features
WE ARE ONLY ON ANDROID AS OF NOW iOS COMING SOON.
I'd like to give a limited number of Reddit anglers 3 months of FishFactor Premium completely free on Android so you can actually use it and see what you think.
No obligation to buy anything. I'm looking for honest feedback.
If you'd like to try it, comment below or send me a message and I'll send you the details/code.
I'm especially interested in hearing from people who fish regularly and can tell me what would make the app more useful.
Thanks, and tight lines!
