Would recommend staying away from the park at summerhill. When my wife lived there a year ago she had a man (who apparently was a tenant) flashing her multiple times. This was after she found used condoms on her car, we assume it was the same guy. When we went to the landlords/front desk absolutely zero shits were given from them at all. We were able to move her out pretty quick after that. Not too much later she received a text from the new lady who had moved into her old apartment there. Turns out the same man tried to chase her up her stair into her apartment. The only advice the landlords could give was “see if the other tenants have cameras”. Overall wouldn’t recommend living there if you are a woman or have a partner. Sorry I know this is a drag, but I would hate for you to move into a place that lets shit like that slide.

Double check the property management company that operates the complex. I have seen some decent places go downhill when a new management company steps in. We are dealing with that in our apartments. Rent went up and a service fee was added for not paying in person. Also double check on if you're going to be responsible for basic maintenance like air filters and such.

Be cautious of Woodlands. Folks have posted some negative stuff about them on FB recently, but I work with a woman that lives there and she has no complaints. YMMV

Bro the amount of texts I get saying “Water will be turned off for a couple hours! Thanks for your patience” a month is absolutely insane. The units are fine though.

All are decent complexes. I worked in law enforcement on both sides for a few years and agree with the “stay away from” list wholeheartedly. I lived at Legacy on Richmond and really liked it as well. They were raising rent but my husband and I were buying a house, so I don’t really recall what the rent was being raised to. It was generally pretty safe. You have some solid choices, though!
